Herb Williams honored with distinguished Community Service Award

Our own Mr. Herb Williams was honored with the distinguished Community Service Award this past Saturday evening. The 100 Black Men of America (Alton/Madison County Chapter) presented this award to him at their annual Black Tie Event. Anyone who knows Herb knows how much he has done for the center and, in turn, the city of Centralia. His love for the youth of this city is never-ending and for that, we are forever grateful.
